STADUR VISCOM lightweight foam boards combine low weight, high stability, and excellent printability. A lightweight polystyrene foam core, bonded on both sides with durable cover layers — used throughout Europe by printers, advertising technicians, and display manufacturers.

The focus is on the combination of a lightweight foam core and compact cover layers. This intelligent sandwich principle enables significant weight reduction while maintaining high stability and load-bearing capacity.
While solid plastic sheets are significantly heavier in larger formats, the composite structure offers a much better balance between weight and stability. State-of-the-art manufacturing processes produce uniform surfaces with excellent properties for all common printing processes and CNC machining.
Available in various material thicknesses and formats from 5 millimeters up to 80 mm thick sandwich panels. This allows the material to be precisely matched to the requirements of printers, advertising technicians, and industrial applications.
Large formats up to 2030 x 4050 mm are part of the standard range.
